Hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”.
ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all online sales of products made via the website innova6-technologies.com between INNOVA6 TECHNOLOGIES and any customer, whether consumer or professional (hereinafter “the Customer”).
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.
However, photographs and illustrations are for information purposes only and are not contractually binding.
The Seller cannot be held liable for minor errors or omissions in product descriptions.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS
The Customer selects the products and adds them to the shopping cart.
The order becomes final once payment has been validated.
INNOVA6 TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of a dispute with the Customer or non-payment of a previous order.
ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
Prices are expressed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery costs.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery costs are indicated before final validation of the order.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is made online via:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or others depending on availability)
- Bank transfer (if applicable)
Payments are secured using encryption protocols compliant with current standards.
The order is considered confirmed once payment is accepted.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during the order process.
Delivery times are indicative. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
The transfer of risk occurs when the Customer takes physical possession of the products.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of the products.
Returned products must be unused, complete, and in their original condition, and sent to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of defective or non-conforming products.
Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned products.
ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL WARRANTIES
The Customer benefits from:
- The legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)
- The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)
Any claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)
Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
In accordance with the GDPR, Customers have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of their personal data.
Personal data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.
ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website innova6-technologies.com (texts, images, logos, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
ARTICLE 12 – LIABILITY
INNOVA6 TECHNOLOGIES shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products or the website.
Liability is limited to the amount of the order, except where mandatory legal provisions apply.
ARTICLE 13 – CONSUMER MEDIATION
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediation service free of charge after an attempt at amicable resolution.

These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
