- International destinations, subject to logistical and regulatory conditions
Certain destinations may be subject to specific delivery terms, customs formalities, or additional delays.

Deliveries are handled by recognized professional carriers.
Depending on the product type, volume, or destination, delivery may be carried out via:
- Standard shipping
- Express shipping
- Palletized freight
- Specialized industrial transport, where applicable
The shipping method is specified during order confirmation.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided for indicative purposes only and may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Selected carrier
- Final destination
INNOVA6 TECHNOLOGIES shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers or events beyond its control (force majeure, customs clearance, strikes, etc.).
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs:
- Are clearly indicated before order validation
- Depend on weight, volume, and delivery destination
For specific or industrial orders, a dedicated logistics quotation may be provided.
5. Receipt of Goods
Upon delivery, the customer must:
- Check the condition of the packages
- Verify that the products conform to the order
Any damage, missing items, or non-conformity must be:
- Noted on the delivery receipt with the carrier
- Reported to INNOVA6 TECHNOLOGIES within 48 hours of receipt
6. Transfer of Risk
In accordance with the Terms & Conditions, risk transfer occurs upon receipt of the goods by the customer.
7. Returns & Withdrawal
Return, exchange, and withdrawal conditions are detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).
